Functional hotel, spent our time here really good. Greatly enjoyed our superior queen room with bath, a nice view, coffee making facilities. The breakfast was free, included sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs in the bar.

It is reasonably priced. Particularly helpful staff, worth every penny views over the park, everything is absolutely fine. A superior room has basic facilities you need. The services are very good, including a very clean pool.

It offers high standard rooms with smart bathrooms and mini bar and air con, and every member of the staff was amicable. The bar serves sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs in the morning.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooftop pool is small and crowded. Pool area can get busy in the afternoons. Friendly staff provided good service at the bar. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

The architecture of the hotel, the location relatively close to the city centre, I liked very much that at breakfast a waitress with Down's Syndrome was in attendance, which is a good thing that the disabled are given opportunities because they are not treated normally in working life, I congratulate them for having her on their staff and she makes me take them into account when booking future stays in Valencia.
I didn't like that I asked the girl at the reception to leave the room at 1pm and she closed her mouth, saying that they had a high occupancy rate and it couldn't be, it seems a little strange to me because it was March 20th, the days of the Falls being over, and being a hotel with so many rooms and that it was necessary to have the one I was occupying, being a large hotel that didn't do that favour of being able to leave the room just 1 hour after 12, I was disappointed that she didn't make that exception, so that she could attend to my request.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room that offered great comfort and cleanliness. The rooftop pool was a good spot to relax, although I found that the pool area could benefit from more seating. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the absence of coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing.

+ Location: half way city center / city of arts and sciences, view on the park, near bus stop + breakfast: large choice, fresh orange juice, Orxata...
- Impersonal welcoming - cleanness could be improved in 5*, mold in the bathroom, dust... - breakfast: bad quality of pastry, sad atmosphere in the underground breakfast room, too high air conditioning (too cold)

Room and bathroom are very big and good quality. Connecting room's door was in between the entrance and bedroom doors, so it was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Good selections and service.
There are Car Parking belongs to Hotel but it was expensive. Little far from City center by walking.
